Favourite summer lipsticks

Well hello!

I love my red lipsticks for every occasion and season but this summer I found myself reaching for three lipsticks, more than any other. First is very bright barbie pink color lipstick from Rimmel London in number 16, from Kate Moss collection. This lipstick is very long lasting, moisturising and fun. The brightness makes it perfect for the summertime. Next fave is my all time favourite lipstick and it is Peche Cosy from Bourjois, from the Rouge Edition. I wore this soft peachy color already through the spring and it looks like my obsession with it is not ending any time soon. And the last and newest addition to my collection is Princess Peach from Catrice Cosmetics from their Ultimate Color line. It warms my face perfectly, stays on for ages and the color is just fab. This one is a lot more orange and brighter than Peche cosy, which is peachy-nude. What are you´re most reached for lipsticks? Let me know.

Products i regret buying

Firstly i want to apologize for the dirtiness of the products, i was using them for a long time, trying to like them. But i finally gave up :(

Products:

- Hair Repair mask
  As i mentioned before in my hair story post, before i found miracle worker -Macadamia deep repair mask i tried out many other hair products. I bought this hair mask, because it contained Argan oil, which is very healthy for your hair, and it was relatively cheap. It promised a lot, but after couple of months i still didn´t see any improvements. I was very disappointed.

- Bourjois flower perfection foundation
  This foundation made me hate the Bourjois brand. It made my skin look cakey, dry and just awful. And it also transferred to my clothes. Everything foundation shouln´t do. And i really tried to like it. Big DISAPPOINTMENT!

- Essence Black mania eyeliner pen
  I really like the idea behind this eyeliner, but Essence really failed. The tip has no pigmentation, so it is impossible to make a thin line. Not good, essence!

- Bourjois lipstick in Beige elegant (41)
  This was my first nude lipstick. Before i bought it, i tried it on the back of my hand and it looked really nice. But on the lips you can only see shimmer. And i hate shimmery lips. Beside the awful pigmentation, staying power is also bad. After a while it disappears, but leaves a line, that you can´t get off. It really looks bad.

- Essence eyeshadow in Safari lounge (30)
  I like Essence eye shadows, but this one is one big miss! The same as the Bourjois lipstick, it has no pigmentation, just shimmer. It looks nothing like in the container. False advertisement! HAHA

Bourjois Rouge Edition lipstick Review

Bourjois Rouge Edition 03 - Peche cosy

I have been disappointed with Bourjois beauty products before, so i was very sceptical about buying a lipstick from their new Rouge Edition collection. But i recently decided to give it another chance (You might have noticed that, from my haul few posts back). I have been trying it for a while now, so i am finally ready to share my thoughts.

Firstly the color selection is quite nice. There is a good range of colors: nudes, reds and pinks. After a long consideration i chose to buy lipstick nbr. 03 - Peche cosy, because it really stood out from all the rest. The pigmentation is amazing. I like the texture, it just glides onto your lips. It is quite moisturising, so it doesn´t feel drying on your lips. The packaging is really cute and convenient.

All that being said, there is one thing, that really bothers me about it. The taste of this lipstick is just horrible and very strong.

In the end i still really like this lipstick. It is a lot better than most drugstore lipsticks. i would definitely repurchase it and i do recommend it.
